About Me
Eva Davis is originally from Hungary, but she has lived in the United States for 30 years and still speaks fluent Hungarian. Eva worked in dentistry prior to starting her career in real estate, and she is incredibly passionate about helping people get the service they deserve. Eva continues to excel in Real Estate, earning several awards and being Top Producer and Executive Club multiple times. Eva and her husband Michael, who is also a Realtor, have started their own team named "Coastal Luxury Group" and Eva has the designation as being Luxury Home Certified. Eva and her husband Michael have three wonderful children, and her younger brother still lives in Hungary and runs a very successful real estate brokerage with International exposure.
Eva loves dogs and is a supporter of K9s for Warriors. At home, she has an American Bulldog, Tank, and a Great Dane, Diva.
She has been an avid runner for many years and recently completed her first marathon after several half marathons. Real estate is Eva's one true passion and she loves negotiating for her clients to save or gain them the most amount of money for their home/property. Her clients are always put first and foremost and Eva prides herself on quickly responding to emails and phone calls as well as standing by their side from beginning to end, even after closing the transactions.
